Griffin Motor Group Ltd is the data controller for personal information you provide to us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZB438728).
2. Information we collect
Name, contact details, vehicle of interest, finance application data, and information from your use of our website (cookies, IP address, browser type).
3. How we use your information
To respond to enquiries, arrange test drives and viewings, process finance applications, fulfil sale agreements, and — with your consent — to send marketing communications.
4. Who we share it with
Finance providers, FCA-regulated brokers, vehicle history check providers (e.g. HPI), DVLA, payment processors, and our IT service providers. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data: 24 months. Sales and finance records: 7 years (legal requirement). Marketing data: until you withdraw consent.
6. Your rights
