This document sets out the basis on which Griffin Motor Group Ltd will conduct regulated credit-broking and insurance-distribution business with you. Please read it carefully and keep it for your records.

Whose products do we offer?

We work with a limited number of carefully selected lenders. We are not independent financial advisers and do not offer products from the whole of the market.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

You will pay no fee directly to us for arranging your finance. We typically receive a commission from the lender that funds your agreement. See our Commission Disclosure for full details.

How to complain

If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us in writing at the address above, by email at info@griffinmotorgroup.co.uk, or by phone on 01277 366 845. If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme?

We are covered by the FSCS for our insurance distribution activity. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. Further information is available at fscs.org.uk.
