Griffin Motor Group Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 786175). We act as a credit broker, not a lender.

We work with a panel of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase. We are not independent and do not offer products from the whole of the market.

How we are paid

We typically receive a commission from the lender that funds your agreement. This commission may be:

• A fixed fee per agreement; or
• A fixed percentage of the amount you borrow; or
• A volume-based bonus where lenders pay us more when we introduce a higher volume of business.

The commission we receive does not affect the interest rate offered to you. The rate you pay is set by the lender based on your individual circumstances.

Your right to ask

You are entitled to ask us, at any point before signing your finance agreement, the nature and amount of any commission we will receive in connection with your agreement. We will provide this information in writing on request.
